We offer two types of repair kits. 

• Needle/Nozzle Kits: Cconsists of air cap, material nozzle and material needle.  Can be used to change the size of the needle and nozzle instead of purchasing a new spray gun.
  
• Repair Kits: Consists of air cap, material nozzle, material needle and all wearing parts.  Please refer to your user manual for a listing of wearing parts.
  

When placing orders for repair kits, please have the desired nozzle size.  The two periods (..) in the part number is where the size of the nozzle goes.  For example, If you want a 1.0 mm repair kit for a PILOT WA XV then you should order V16 115 03 103.
